Cutting Blow Pipe ISI is - 7653

• "Weldstar" WELDCUT-450 is designed to cut upto 300 mm. thick mild steel.
• Injector type cutters can be used with dissolved Acetylene Cylinders or Acetylene Generators. Can also be used with LPG with suitable Nozzle.
• Standard version is 450 mm / 90*. Also available in different lengths and head angles (180*). The other models can be made available against specific orders.

WELDSTAR EARTH/RETURN CURRENT CLAMP, strongly built steel clamps, plated to protect from corrosion & robust and capable in maintaining efficient electrical and mechanical contact which never disturb in normal service. The designed crocodile type preferably cooperating in minimize the risk of damage to the cable due to flexing. The preferred rated current available in 200Amp.,400Amp. and 600Amp. make it heat resistant by the copper jaws/teeth.

* 'C' type clamp also available suitable for heavy-cable.

PUG Cutting Machine

Versatile:
Using extendable tracks, these machines can produce straight cuts on any length, square or bevel edge. With the same precision these machines can cut circles and also shape with gradual curves, when hand-guided.

Circle Cutting:
Can be done with the use of circle cutting attachments, supplied as optional extra. This can be easily attached to the machines by two screws.

Cutter:
SHARK: - ISI Marked Injector type, specially designed to prevent backfire. SHARK NM: - Nozzle Mixing type, Latest technology, much safer.
SMART: - Injector type, specially designed to prevent backfire.

Cutter adjustment:
Cab is swiveled to cut levels up to 45⁰ with Rack and Pinion.

Fuel Gas:
Acetylene or LPG can be used by selecting the appropriate nozzles. Two nozzles for use with Acetylene for cutting MS from 6 mm to 100 mm thickness supplied along with the machine. Other types and sizes are available as optional extras.

Motor:
Machines are fitted with 220 volts Fractional Horse Power. Geared reversible motors. Power is fed through a Forward-Reverse toggle Switch.

Electrode Drying & Carrying Oven

"WELDSTAR" cabinet type drying oven ensures longer life of electrode, at store, specially suitable for re-drying the electrode having excess moisture than the consistent capacity of the flux of electrode. It is designed as a cabinet type store, containing five self trays of weight 25kgs of electrodes (approx). It has front openings door with lock facility. Normally, any special/low hydrogen electrode should be retried for one hour as 150'c to 250'c before use, to exit excess moisture contained in the quoted flux.

Tig Welding Rectifier Unit

"WELDSTAR" Tig welding machine is designed to provide DC welding current & suitable for connection to all three phases among 380 / 410 / 440 volts and 50 cycles three phase & AC input. It consists single transformer connected as three phases star-delta unit. The secondary terminals are connected to a 3 phase bridge connected liberally rated silicon rectifier. The staples welding current is controlled by a knob and can be read off by a current indicator. The welding housed in a drip proof encloser provided with indicator lamp and mounted on 4 wheels. The front Two free wheels being capable to swivel the unit conforms to IS : 4559/1968.

Mig Welding Unit

"WELDSTAR" Mig welding machine is designed to provides DC welding current & suitable for connection to all three phases among 380/410/440 volts and 50 cycles three phases AC input. It consists single transformer connected as three phases star-delta unit. The secondary terminals are connected to a three phase bridge connected liberally rated silicon rectifier. The welding housed in a drip proof enclosure provided with indicator lamp mounted on 4 wheels conforms to IS : 4559/1968.

Dura Multistage Pressure Regulators is : 6901

Weldstar Single Stage Regulators continue the tradition of superior performance in single stage range. The latest materials and advanced component design make these regulators suitable to meet the stringent demands of use in shop-floor as well as in outdoor conditions with enhanced safety. Weldstar OX 8 S and Weldstar DA 1 S are the toughest and most reliable units for oxy fuel gas service. These are provided with two pressure gauges one to indicate outlet pressure and another is for indication of cylinder pressure. The working pressure calibrated on the bonnet can be set by the pressure adjusting knob. A low pressure LPG Regulator suitable for OX-LPG cutting, AIR-LPG equipment and heating applications is also available. The outlet adjustable pressure is 0-1 kgf./cm2.
